While yoga’s physical asana practices (postures and exercises) are the mostly commonly-known forms, there are many styles and philosophies of this very old, very diverse system! There are even different kinds of yoga across Southeast Asia!

Rissa primarily teaches Indian Hatha yoga and Thai yoga - which include static postures, vinyasa “flows,” breathwork, philosophy, mobility, and ethics.
