2020 was a big year for me. Covid-19 lockdowns led me to reconsider my career and life path, especially after learning about the Social Determinants of Health, and the fact that things like where you live, how much money you make, and whether or not you face overlapping layers of systemic oppression affect your health outcomes much more than whether or not you’re able to stretch every day.
